Gosport Heritage Marina (Sensory Trail) - "This circular route takes approximately 45 minutes, allowing time to enjoy the sensory moments along the way. It is all paved. There is one minor road junction and one driveway to cross between sensory moment 6 and 7. Please be aware of traffic along this stretch. The rest of the route is away from roads. The seaside promenade route is a shared-use space so there may be a few people on bicycles. The route is very flat and level with plenty of seating. It passes a café on route (The Creek at Haslar Marina) and there are also options for a refreshment near to the start/end of the route in the town centre.
