Walks Greenspaces and Countryside

Bedford Park (Bridgend) - The Park is also very suitable for Disabled people as the main path through the site is easily accessible. There are also Toilets with disabled facilities

Ogmore Valley Community Route - ACE believes this route is suitable for walkers, cyclists, wheelchairs and buggies

Tondu Iron Park - (ACE note - we have been unable to find any accessibility info for this site please contact us with any access info.)

Tondu to Pyle Community Route - ACE believes this route is suitable for walkers, cyclists, wheelchairs and buggies

Country Parks

Bryngarw Country Park (Bridgend) - The Park has Toilets with disabled facilities, but due to the gradient and nature of many of the paths, much of the park could prove difficult for wheelchair users and other disabilities unless accompanied by supporters.

Nature Reserves

Kenfig NNR (Pyle) - Please note that although there is wheelchair access to the information Centre and Mini Nature Reserve, along with seating, access to the main part of the reserve is difficult.

Parc Slip Nature Reserve (Bridgend) - There are nature trails, bird hides and access for all paths, to enable everyone to explore at their own pace.
