Penderyn Quarry Line - The route has a gentle compacted stone surface, but it can get muddy in places after long spells of rain. There are also anti-motorcycle barriers at either end of the trail and at points along the trail.
Rhondda Heritage Park (Pontypridd) - (Charges ) - Rhondda Heritage Park welcomes wheelchair and pushchairs users throughout the site. Access is available underground with assistance. Facilities include reserved disabled parking, ramps to all areas, lift from Visitor Centre to first floor (Valley View Restaurant and Art Gallery), hearing induction loops available in all film shows.
Ynysangharad War Memorial Park (Pontypridd) - Green Flag and Green Dragon Awards -
Dare Valley Country Park (Aberdare) - The Bwllfa Trail is a walk on level, surfaced paths with a shorter route, on tarmac, for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
